2008

  • Anne’s Woodland Fairy Doll, from her Collectible Doll Series, was selected as one of the Industry Choice Winners at the Doll Industry’s 2008 Doll of the Year Choice Awards.

  • Anne’s second doll from the series, the Woodland Sprite Doll, received a nomination for the 2008 Dolls of Excellence Award.

  • Anne’s book ‘Labor of Love’ is released internationally on October 23rd, 2007.

  • Another Geddes Fellowship is established at Starship Children’s Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand.

  • Anne introduces a line of maternity clothing.

  • Anne, in collaboration with sculptor Laura Tuzio-Ross, launched a plan to create Anne’s Collectible Doll Series, with the first doll, Woodland Fairy Doll, to be released in November 2007.

  • AnneGeddes.com also receives the awards for Best of Show Email Message, Best Publishing Email Message, Best Diversified Business Email Message, and Best International Business Email Message in the Web Marketing Associations’ 2006 International Advertising Competition.

  • Anne and husband Kel Geddes set up the Geddes Fellowship at the Children’s Hospital in Orange County, California on the hospital’s Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect (SCAN) team.

2005

  • Anne’s bestseller ‘Miracle’ earns a Family Choice Award given by Family Magazine Group, publishers of the popular Los Angeles Family magazine. With this honor, one of Anne’s calla lily flower images appears on the cover of Los Angeles Family’s February 2006 issue.

  • In October 2005, the Anne Geddes flagship boutique is opened in Anaheim, California, in the Downtown Disney District.

  • The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences honors The Anne Geddes E-commerce website with a Webby Worthy Award.

  • In the Web Marketing Association’s 2005 WebAward Competition, Anne’s website, AnneGeddes.com, receives awards for Best Diversified Business Website and Best Publishing Website.

  • ‘Miracle’, Anne Geddes’ project with Céline Dion, is released internationally on October 12th and draws raving reviews, securing a spot on The New York Times bestseller list.

  • Anne Geddes is appointed a member of The New Zealand Order of Merit for her outstanding contributions to the art of photography and to the community. This particular award was announced as a part of Queen Elizabeth II’s Birthday Honors List.

  • PURE reaches 275, 000 copies in print worldwide, with 88,000 copies being sold in paperback and 187,000 copies in hard-cover.

  • ‘Until Now’ has 975,000 copies in print all over the world.

  • ‘Little Thoughts with Love’ has surpassed 787,000 copies in print.

1993

  • NZIPP Annual Photographic Competition - Having accumulated the most merits ever awarded to an individual photographer at the NZIPP competition, Anne is the first woman to earn a Fellow of Photography from the Institute through its awards system. Additional Gold and Silver Merits garner the prestigious "Gold Bar" for her Fellowship status.

  • AGFA/NZIPP - With 12 images entered, Anne's "Philip and the Baby" receives trophies as 1993 People Category Winner, as well as 1993 Champion Print. She is awarded six Gold and five Silver Merits.

  • Agfa Photokina (Germany) - Places 1st in People Section and 1st in Open Section

  • New Zealand Professional Photographers Association (NZPPA) Annual Photographic Competition -- Achieved her Master of Photography. Received the Fuji Hanimex Trophy for Unclassified Photography. Named 1992 Commercial Photographer of the Year. Awarded two Gold and six Silver Merits. (NZPPA becomes the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photographers, or NZIPP)

1991

  • NZPPA Annual Photographic Competition -- Awarded her NZPPA Associateship. Named 1991 Commercial Photographer of the Year, as well as 1991 Wedding Portrait Photographer of the Year. Awarded three Gold and five Silver Merits. 1990 Accepted into the New Zealand Professional Photographers Association (NZPPA)

  • NZPPA Annual Photographic Competition -- With four prints entered, Anne is awarded one Gold Merit, two Silver Merits, and wins the Harrison Trophy for Portraiture
